Tested 15+ European countries to identify top-performing geographies for user deposits.
Designed a full-funnel acquisition system per country — from ad to landing page to deposit conversion.
Allocated budget dynamically based on ROAS, deposit size, and cost per net new euro invested.
2. Developed scalable creative infrastructure
Created a creative testing engine across 4 languages — aligning copy, visuals, and tone to local user behavior.
Tested CGC, brand assets, affiliate-style ads, and financial offer-led creatives (emphasizing APY and zero-fee benefits).
Partnered with Monefit’s data and design teams to align on real performance signals — not just sign-ups, but deposit amounts and lifetime value.
