1. Built an end-to-end paid funnel and lead conversion system

  • Created a high-converting homepage to act as the core landing page for paid traffic.

  • Designed and implemented the full online funnel — including tracking setup, lead form integration, and offer structure (“Get a first FREE soccer session”).

  • Educated the internal team on the concept of an online acquisition funnel and how to align site UX with ad messaging.

  • Collaborated with the sales team to improve lead conversion — tracking quality feedback and refining both lead qualification and follow-up strategy.

2. Launched structured paid social campaigns

  • Opened Meta campaigns from scratch — testing multiple creative concepts and value propositions.

  • Iterated on messaging angles and offer formats to identify what drove the most qualified leads.

  • Launched and optimized landing pages and ad variations based on CPL, lead quality, and sales conversion rate.

  • Achieved ROAS targets by closing the feedback loop between media buying, sales ops, and on-site conversion performance.

3. Built a full-year growth and channel roadmap

  • Created a channel planning framework mapping all acquisition and retention levers over 12 months.

  • Projected performance across Meta, Google, referrals, email marketing, and affiliate channels — including realistic assumptions on spend, CPL, and conversion rates.

  • Aligned the marketing plan with offline activations and operational capacity.
